Tasha “TC” Cooper is an attorney, Amazon best-selling author, founder of the FaithFocusFlow® Institute for Leadership, and founder of the UpwardAction® Social Media Communications Certification Academy. She is also the leader behind the Christian apparel line – FaithFocusFlow® Threads.
TC is recognized as a leader in social media marketing, self-publishing, and building influential brands online. A teacher at heart, TC has worked through UpwardAction® to teach thousands of lawyers, business owners, ministry leaders, and managers how to leverage the power of social media to increase impact, expand influence and diversify income. At FaithFocusFlow®, she lives out her passion for transforming every leader who enrolls in a FaithFocusFlow or UpwardAction program into a CHARACTERpreneur™. The CHARACTERpreneur™ Initiative is TC's proprietary leadership program that helps leaders build sustainable, profitable business initiatives through character-based principles and practices.

TC's legal background includes private equity law at an international law firm, deputy to the general counsel for a publicly-traded luxury brand, and associate general counsel in a department of the government. She is a member of the DC Bar Association, where she has taught various social media and online marketing classes for lawyers for many years. She has been a featured lecturer at the DC Bar’s highly popular conference for lawyers – Practice 360 – since its inception.
TC is a graduate of Columbia Law School and Hampton University.
