WHAT IS COACHING?

Coaching is a professional partnership between you and a coach to support your achievement of extraordinary success, based on goals established by you. Through the process of coaching, you will focus on the plans and actions needed to successfully produce results that are relevant to you.

UpwardAction Coaching is centered around where you are now and what you are willing to do to get where you want to be. Accelerated success is a result of your intentions, choices and actions. At UpwardAction Coaching, we will provide structure and support for your choices and actions through weekly coaching sessions and laser coaching between sessions.

HOW DO I KNOW IF I SHOULD HIRE A COACH?

You should hire a coach if there is a gap between where you are and where you want to be. You are ready to hire a coach if you are willing to change and experiment with new ways of doing things.

WHAT WILL A COACH DO FOR ME?

A coach can provide you with a structure to clarify your thoughts formulate ideas and develop effective actions. Coaching often results in you having increased time, energy and success as well as greater awareness, greater perspective and upward action.

WHAT IS THE COACHING PROCESS LIKE?

UpwardAction Coaching is conducted by telephone at your scheduled times or by email though our eCoaching program. During your coaching session, we will explore your current opportunities and challenges, identify priorities for action, and establish S.M.A.R.T. goals.

You will be asked to complete specific actions that support the achievement of your personally prioritized goals between your scheduled coaching sessions. Your UpwardAction coach will provide additional resources in the form of relevant articles, checklists, assessments, or models, to support your accelerated achievement.

The duration of the coaching relationship will vary and depend upon your personal needs and preferences. We suggest a minimum three (3) month ranging from coaching commitment to faciliating sustainable development. CLICK HERE for a description of our coaching programs.
