Meet T.C. Coleman, esq. (Coach T.C.)
Hello! I am Coach T.C., an attorney, professional
coach and founder of Upward Action LLC.
Why Upward Action LLC?
Because, I love helping committed lawyers
and entrepreneurial corporate leaders reach greater clarity about the
intersection of professional life, purpose, passion and fulfillment. My
contribution to the challenges faced by my clients is supporting the
discovery of solutions through the coaching process.
Playing an active role in helping successful and
committed people (like you!) reach maximum potential has been so extremely
fulfilling for me, I became determined to find a way to expose more and more
people (especially entrepreneurial lawyers and women leaders) to the power
of coaching.
Upward Action LLC was born of this desire to support successful leaders
(especially entrepreneurial lawyers and women leaders) in the design and
implementation of strategies, techniques and action plans to help you live
and enjoy your best lives through your own Upward Action to greater success.
The UpwardAction Charge to Serve
At Upward Action, we are on a mission to support
you in your efforts to build strong sustainable businesses and fulfilling
careers though our (1) Inspire by
Action blog for enterpreneurial women, (2)
Lawmapping blog for lawyers and (3) our online community -
SavvyLawyersClub.com, which will launch in late spring 2008.
Results Are What Really Matters
The best thing about being a professional coach is
having the privilege of supporting clients who have experienced great
success. Recent clients have had successful transitions to executive level
positions, launched a successful consulting business, transitioned to a new
career and launched an exciting development company. There is really nothing
better for me than making a contribution to my clients' achievement of a
renewed sense of power, purpose and fulfillment in their professional lives.
Education and Experience
My legal and business experience spans over a
decade and includes big firm, federal government and in-house experience.
During each of these points in my legal and business career, I have had
significant experience working closely with legal and business issues
affecting (i) businesses and nonprofits of various sizes, (ii) entrepreneurs
and (iii) corporate leaders.
The foundation of my professional experience was
built at Hampton University,
Columbia Law School, and Coach
University.
